Actress Shenae Grimes traveled from the Canadian TV show Degrassi, all the way to Beverly Hills 90210!  At just nineteen-years-old, Grimes is quickly building a name for herself on the small screen.

Perhaps it was the change in locale that prompted a bit of a lifestyle makeover in Grimes.  Like actress Emily Blunt, many celebrities seem to be making more healthful choices when it comes to what they put in their bodies.

“I’m a tea drinker now! I’m totally off coffee and diet (soda),” said Grimes.  Along with other positive decisions, like her interest in yoga, Grimes is making many fantastic choices.

Plus, she’s in some pretty impressive company! Actor Tom Hanks also made the switch from coffee to tea and has been feeling the positive effects ever since!

Since the first adaptation hit theaters in 2001, the Harry Potter films have stolen both the hearts of the books’ millions of fans, and non-readers alike. We here at Bigelow Tea love the role that a nice cup of tea has played in the series.

Served as a social drink among Harry and his friends as well as all the instructors at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, it seems that tea-drinking has carried over into real life for Harry himself, played by Daniel Radcliffe.

Like Emily Blunt, Radcliffe was also looking to pick up some good habits, starting with drinking tea!  He even passed the good practice onto the rest of the people on set, serving tea to anyone who asked. Now that’s service!

By looking at her trim frame, cheeseburgers are the last thing you would expect to be a staple of Emily Blunt’s diet. However, the 26-year-old actress admits to preferring more decadent comfort foods.

Most notably of The Devil Wears Prada, Blunt’s latest professional endeavor is in the new dark comedy, Sunshine Cleaning. On a more personal note, she is working on modifying her love for cheeseburgers, and drinking more green tea. Bigelow Tea to the rescue!

When she was asked about her newfound interest in tea, she replied, “I’m on a health kick! I’m drawn to cheeseburgers, so I’ve got to just try and keep it on an even keel.” Green tea is a delicious and nutritious part of any diet and not just as a delicious break to your day! According to AskMen.com, Hanks became hooked on gourmet coffee during filming of Steven Spielberg’s The Terminal, in which he co-starred with actress Catherine Zeta-Jones. “I had to give up coffee because I was drinking too many lattes,” he’s quoted as saying. Luckily Hanks found a sensible substitute, noting “I drink tea now instead.”
