A Tea Drinking Cast, Gossip Girl Heads To The Russian Tea Room

Nowadays, a television series lucky enough to survive more than one season is considered successful. The teen drama series, Gossip Girl, is definitely one of the lucky ones. Now in its third season, Gossip Girl has continued to reach an even wider range of viewers.

The show is based on a series of successful books by the same name, and these already beloved characters are doing even better in their on-screen adaptations. We’ve already written about one of these actors, Chace Crawford, for his healthy tea loving ways!
Word has it actress, Kelly Rutherford, who plays Lily Van der Woodsen on the show, is also a great fan of tea. And, we at Bigelow Tea also love the character Vanessa Abrams, played by Jessica Szhor – who even worked at a tea house in New York!
In addition to all that tea affection, the series recently filmed episodes outside of the Russian Tea Room, no less! Catch new episodes Monday nights and keep an eye out for any tasty tea cameos!

I was hoping you’d say that the kids are tea lovers on the show. I guess I’m asking a bit much with that. It’s enough that the actors have some ties to tea.
