Lady GaGa’s Tea Set: Don’t Leave Home Without it!

What is Lady GaGa thinking about while doing press for her chart-topping album, The Fame? Why, tea of course! The 22-year-old pop singing sensation was most recently in the news for a tea-related incident. Lady GaGa travels to all of her concerts and press conferences with her own personal tea set. When she recently left it behind at a restaurant in London, she paid a cab driver to go back and get it for her.

Why does she always have a tea set on hand? Can Bigelow Tea help? “I always have a whole tea set [because] it really relaxes me,” she admits. Her reps say that she likes to fill her cup with a ginger tea. Fellow singer Joss Stone has been known to drink a similar concoction.

With hits like “Just Dance” and “Poker Face,” Lady GaGa is no stranger to fame. Born in Yonkers, New York as Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, Lady GaGa started behind-the-scenes as a songwriter for groups like The Pussycat Dolls and New Kids on the Block. Now a celebrity in her own right, the one thing that has definitely not changed for this young artist is her love of tea!

“Listen, I love tea so much. When I have tea, I feel like I can think clearly and I give a real intelligent interview… I must have tea five times a day,” she said. With all that wear-and-tear and travel, she may want to pack a backup tea cup set… maybe our Secret Garden Tea Set?
