Great, fun video, Cindi! I just finished off a box of Constant Comment – Green Tea. The black Constant Comment is great and then I found the green and it, too, is wonderful.
I just read the book by your father, David Bigelow entitled, “My Mother Loved TEA” and the story behind Bigelow and Constant Comment. It was such a wonderful story and I enjoyed reading about the history behind the company and teas.
Bigelow Tea truly does receive “Constant Comments”

I think it’s amazing how involved Cindi is with her company at the consumer level. This is equivalent to Steve Jobs walking around NYC asking people if they know about the Ipod and have they tried it before. Lol. Kudos to her.

Cindi,
I’m drinking it up here in Boston!
I love Constant Comment and have been drinking it since high school (I am in my 40′s). The taste is amazing and the tea bags smell so good! Always thought you could do a line extension with sachets. Also used to live in Fairfield County many years ago… Cheers.

As a Brit, I was, of course, fascinated by Cindi and her videos. As someone involved with helping small businesses to brand themselves electronically, I love what Cindi is doing.

Kudos to Cindi for a) getting out there and actually talking to customers, b) not having the marketing types do this while she relaxes in warmth of a nice office, and c) not editing the people who said “no i dont drink b-tea. goodbye to my liptons

Cindy this is great. As a marketing guy I love seeing how you have used this YouTube approach and your fun way of interacting with people on the street. I have actually shown this to my music client and recommended we put our testimonial videos to this use, as well! You make me want to check out Bigelow again!
