There is little or no vitamin D in tea unless it is added in processing. There is a generous amount of vitamin K which is important for trafficking calcium to bone and away from blood vessels and brain reducing the likelihood of vascular disease and dementia. In fact drinking green tea is probably the simplest means of getting alot of vitamin K.
