		<description>Bigelow needs to be aware of the controversy involving Tea Experience Digest, which has not been fulfilling subscriptions and has failed to return calls and e-mails from subscribers and writers. Many of us received no Summer, Fall or Winter issue, and I personally subscribed last summer and have never received an issue despite numerous calls and e-mails to the company. I've heard from disgruntled subscribers, writers and advertisers as well, ALL unsuccessful at getting either their magazines or their money back. Please contact me if you'd like the names and numbers of others across the country who can confirm this information. Thanks for the opportunity to warn others!</description>
