12th October, 2007: Russian Tea Tidbit
Russian nomads were known to eat one huge daily meal. For the rest of the day they used a samovar, or self-heater, to make tea. They would sip the tea from glasses through a sugar cube held between the teeth.

You know why they have ONE Meal a day because they travel tea and sugar is only thing that keep their mouth in content until big dinner
