1st August, 2007: Female Rock Star Pat Benatar Requests Bigelow Lemon Lift Tea Backstage
Pat Benatar, ranked by Billboard magazine as the most successful female rock vocalist of all time and winner of four consecutive Grammy Awards, is a fan herself – of Bigelow Lemon Lift tea. As a matter of course, performers routinely contract to have a list of items stocked for them backstage. Pat Benatar’s favorites at this year’s Football Hall of Fame Rib Burnoff in Canton, OH, (August 1 - 3) according to CantonRep.com, include: Clos du Bois Pinot Noir, Dunkin’ Donuts or Yuban brand coffee, pulp-free Tropicana orange juice, cheese, almonds, organic wheat bread, peanut butter and jelly and, no other than, Bigelow Tea’s Lemon Lift. She even specifies that warmers and pots for brewing be provided. In this case, it’s “Hit Me With Your Best Pot” – pot of Bigelow Lemon Lift tea.
Also performing at the event are country star Darryl Worley and rock band Seven Mary Three.
