Outside of your local store and as a courtesy, we sell our teas directly to consumers by the case.

A case is made up of six individual boxes of one kind of tea.

You can order directly from us through our web site, www.bigelowtea.com, or by calling our toll free number, 1-888-BIGELOW (1-888-244-3569).

This number is available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST.

The price of our tea is $19.75 per case, plus shipping and handling charges. For your convenience, you may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, or money order.

I want to make this cake in the worst way...it sounds delicious, but I have a problem. I cannot find Tangerine tea anywhere in this area(West Central Ohio). Because this recipe set my mouth watering for Tangerine flavored something, I committed the shortcut decision that turned out pretty good actually. We were having a church dinner and I wanted to prepare something newer than deviled eggs or jello. I bought a box of orange cake mix and a tub of whipped cream cheese icing. When I made the cake, i substitued a cup of strong Bigelow Orange Spice Tea for the plain water. I was surprised at the positive comments I got on the cake, some ladies even asked me for the recipe, believing it was made from scratch.
Coincidentlly, the previous Tuesday evening had being our ladies Friendship Tea at the church and I was the guest speaker. I chose to talk on the history of tea since I am an avid tea drinker. I included recipes that I had found on the Bigelow site and even managed to develop an ice breaking game using all the interesting facts about tea. The evening was a very relaxed, fun event, and by this Sunday, when we had this dinner, I can say that our ladies were very accepting of my shortcut cake. Their eyes have been opened now to the miriad of possibilities to be found in a little tea bag. It's not just confined to a cup anymore.
I was surprised that I could find no listing of where I can find Tangerine Tea except to buy a rather expensive assortment package on-line. Many companies can give me a local source for their product. I realize that Bigelow distributes millions of packages of tea a year, but is this a service you could look into providing for us who want specialty teas in limited quantities. Bigelow is my favorite brand regardless of what's available. Thanks for a great product.
