20th March, 2007: Cold Weather and Hot Tea!
Got to love this cold weather…I know I do. However, it is good news, bad news. Good news is…our tea sales are looking very strong this winter! That is good for everyone of us here at Bigelow, bad news….walked 6 blocks in the city this Saturday nite-not dressed for it and with that wind whipping through me, I have my self a lovely chest cold….good news again, I can drink all the tea I want to help myself fight this virus! Lesson learned, appreciate the cold weather but respect it as well…dress appropriately!!!!!

What’s happening! My favorite flavors (Lemon, Raspberry Royale, & next is French Vanilla) have disappeared from Kroger superstore shelves, and from Wallmart superstores in this whole area! Sometimes, they don’t even have French Vanilla and several other flavors. That was not the case a year ago and before that. I even asked Kroger to get those flavors, filled out a form, and someone called from Louisville to confirm the request - but nothing happened. What gives? In the last two years or so, I’ve become a tea-drinking fool, year ’round, several times daily!

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty locating our teas in your local area.
We do have another option for you. As a courtesy, we sell our teas directly to consumers by the case. A case is made up of six individual boxes of one kind of tea. You can order directly from us through our web site, http://www.bigelowtea.com, or by calling our toll free number, 1-888-BIGELOW (1-888-244-3569).
