My Favorite Tea of the Day (but it could change tomorrow)
Monday, 20 November 2006 by Cindi

I do not know if any of you are Pumpkin lovers (actually I did not even know that I was!) but I have to tell you I LOVE the new tea my sister just created; it is a black tea product called “Pumpkin Spice”. It may sound like a commercial, but I think it is so good I had to tell you….the secret is in making it up just right — Steep 4 minutes till it is very strong, add milk and sweetener. I am telling you…it is great!!!!!!!!

This wonderful “comfort tea” flavor is so satisfying and addictive!
Being low on our supply at home, we searched and searched for it this season in Alaska and did not find it on retailers shelves. This, at the same time Starbucks is experiencing excellent profits from their Pumpkin Spice Latte, proving it a very popular flavor now being requested year ’round. I am thankful that we can order Bigelow Pumpkin Spice tea online, although I have only been able to find it directly through Bigelow. Thank you for offering this wonderful tea! I hope to see it available year ’round and in many more supermarkets.

My fiancee started me drinking tea recently, and I fell in love with this one. I really hope a caffeine free version comes out.
The best way to have this tea (in my opinion) is to get some honey from a local beekeeper and put in a teaspoon or two of honey in the tea. The honey I have tastes like wildflowers and mixes perfectly with the tea.
